Welcome to our Travel Tips & Tricks
Traveling can sometimes be a challenge, but with the right tips and tricks, it can also be one of the most rewarding experiences.

💡Travel Like A Pro - Essentials💡
Stay Hydrated and Move Regularly: Drink plenty of water and take short walks during long flights.
Use Noise-Canceling Headphones and Eye Masks: These can help you sleep better and reduce jet lag.
Download Airline Apps: Keep your airline’s app handy for real-time updates on your flight status, gate changes, and baggage claim information.
Pack Essentials in Your Carry-On: Always have a change of clothes, essential toiletries, medications, and important documents in your carry-on bag in case of delays or lost luggage.
✈️ Domestic Travel - Pro Tip ✈️
Arrive Early: For domestic flights, aim to arrive at the airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure. This allows ample time for check-in, security screening, and any unexpected delays.
REAL ID Compliance: As of May 7, 2025, travelers aged 18 and older must present a REAL ID-compliant form of identification to board domestic flights. Ensure your ID meets these requirements to avoid additional screening or potential denial of boarding.
Utilize TSA PreCheck®: Enroll in TSA PreCheck® to enjoy expedited security screening, allowing you to keep your shoes, belt, and light jacket on, and leave laptops and compliant liquids in your bag.
Pack Smart: Familiarize yourself with the TSA’s “What Can I Bring?” list to avoid packing prohibited items. Remember the 3-1-1 rule for liquids: containers of 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less, placed in a single quart-sized, clear, resealable bag.
🌍 International Travel - Pro Tip 🌍
Enroll in STEP: Register with the U.S. Department of State’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive travel advisories and help the embassy contact you in case of an emergency.
Check Passport Validity: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date. Some countries require this for entry.
Understand Local Laws and Customs: Research the laws and customs of your destination country to avoid inadvertently breaking the law.
Travel Insurance: Consider purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
